Mon-Fri, 9am-4pm

Drive down the long driveway to the right of the carpark, following the signs for ‘E-Waste’. Please do not walk down the driveway.

Head to the second big roller door on the left-hand side.

One of our awesome team members will be there to help you with dropping off your items and completing payment. We accept both cash and eftpos/credit card payments.

What is E-Waste?

When old electronics are dumped, toxic substances can leach into our environment. We dismantle electronics that are at the end of their life, so we can recover and recycle their components. Recovering and recycling these materials plays an important role in conserving Aotearoa’s natural resources.

Fees

The fees we charge help to cover costs, including the labour needed to dismantle E-Waste for recycling.

Kilmarnock Enterprises is a charity, and E-Recycling is just one of the ways we create jobs for people with intellectual disabilities.

Our Why

Each year, we create an average of 19 kg of e-waste per person. We want to do our bit to help the environment, as well as provide work opportunities for our team.

Corporate Partnerships

We also offer E-Recycling services for organisations big and small! By working with Kilmarnock, your organisation can dispose of old electronics responsibly, and create jobs for people with intellectual disabilities right here in Ōtautahi, Christchurch.
