HELP INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES TRANSITION INTO MAINSTREAM EMPLOYMENT

We need your support to provide a personalised, coordinated pathway to mainstream employment for people with an intellectual disability.

We want to fund training and work safety gear to enable individuals to participate in vital work experience.

IMPROVE THE MENTAL HEALTH OF INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES

We need your support to empower adults with intellectual disabilities to participate in Health & Well-being programmes.

This will improve their confidence, community inclusion, interpersonal skills and personal safety.

PROVIDE EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES

We need your support to help young adults with an intellectual disability unlock their potential and gain meaningful qualifications by providing a place in our Employment Pathway Programme.

PURCHASE EQUIPMENT AND MACHINERY FOR OUR MANUFACTURING PRODUCTION

The open workforce is driven by new technologies and workers need to be adaptable and capable of embracing these tools and machinery.

This is a difficult step for many individuals with disabilities, especially those who struggle with change, memory numeracy, and complex instructions.

Purchasing new technologies provides an excellent training opportunity and helps many employees move to more complicated processes with confidence and skill.

This experience is also enabling them to be more work ready for employment outside of Kilmarnock.
