What is E-Waste?
Electronic waste or ‘e-waste’ is electrical or electronic devices that are broken or have become obsolete. According to the WHO, E-waste is one of the fastest-growing streams of solid waste in the world and poses a threat to human health if not recycled appropriately.
E-Waste Recycling Initiative
Many parts of electronic devices can be removed and recycled. When we receive e-waste, we break it down and remove all of the recyclable components. We then send the salvaged components to other organisations for reuse or recycling.
